Hey everyone, my name is Monica and I will be serving as this year’s president for Wishmakers! I am a junior, neuroscience major on a pre-med track. I love painting, hanging out with friends and baking in my free time! I joined Wishmakers to help support and give hope to children who are going through a challenging time in their lives and hopefully put a smile on their face! We have a great year ahead and I’m excited to meet you all soon! :)

Hi! My name is Huda and I am a sophomore neuroscience major. This is my second year as a part of Wishmakers and this year I will be serving as the treasurer. In my free time I like to read, watch Netflix, or hike. I joined Wishmakers to try and help make a few kids’ dreams come true and I’m super excited about everything we have planned this year!

Hello, my name is Saadia Shaikh and I am your Events Coordinator this year. I am a sophomore Neuroscience major on the pre med track. My hobbies include baking and painting. The reason I joined Wishmakers was because I wanted to make a positive difference in the lives of children struggling with critical illnesses.

Hey! I'm Ruwaida Ahmed and I am a junior and a neuroscience major. This year I will be serving as the volunteer coordinator! I am a huge foodie and a fun fact is that I've never been on a rollercoaster. I joined wishmakers because I love the message behind it and the impact we make. I am incredibly passionate about helping people, especially kids, so this was perfect. I'm excited to contribute and see the smiles we create!

I am a sophomore neuroscience major on the premed track. other than assisting at a research lab & being the president for NOW UTD, I love to read about true crime and write poetry. The reason why I joined Wishmakers is because I want to be able to change someone’s life for the better even if it just means putting a smile on their face or making their day, and that’s what this club does!!

My name is Anish. I am currently a junior and a ITS major with a Sales Engineering track. I am the fundraising coordinator for Wishmakers. In my free time I like to play drums with my friends and learn new instruments. The reason why I joined Wishmakers was because I have seen firsthand what many kids that are terminally ill go through and I want to do my part in giving them a sense of what childhood is supposed to be.

Hi y’all! I’m Pruthvi Venkatesh and I’m the marketing director and webmaster for the 2021-2022 year. I’m a ITS major and am in the class of 25’. Something I like to do is train Muay Thai and I joined Wishmakers because it felt like a great opportunity where I could help and give back to the community.
